Employee of the Quarter: Celebrating the Craft of Mohammed Faisal
Great BIM work is not just about knowing the tools. It’s about understanding how systems actually come together on site, spotting problems early, and making life easier for everyone downstream. Faisal does exactly that, consistently.
We’re happy to recognize Mohammed Faisal, Junior BIM Coordinator, as BIM DESIGN LLC’s Employee of the Quarter for Q4 2026.
With a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU and just two years in the field, Faisal has already become a reliable pillar of our MEP coordination team. He brings a rare mix of technical depth and calm, methodical execution, especially on complex projects where accuracy really matters.
What Faisal Does Exceptionally Well
Faisal works comfortably across Revit, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Fabrication, and Navisworks, but more importantly, he understands the systems behind the software. HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection are not just models to him; they are coordinated systems that need to work together in real buildings.
His Core Strengths include:
- HVAC, plumbing, and drainage modeling
- Fire protection BIM from LOD 300 through LOD 500
- Parametric and non-parametric family creation
- Composite shop drawings and coordinated outputs
- Full MEP clash detection and coordination
- RFI handling and IFC-based collaboration
- Clear alignment with structural and architectural teams
Projects That Speak for Themselves
Faisal’s work is already embedded in some of the region’s most demanding projects:
- Lusail International Circuit, where precision and coordination were non-negotiable.
- Al Khor Zoo, including the Panda Enclosure and visitor facilities.
- S17 and Msheireb Bus Stations, delivering full MEP coordination.
- AVA Palm Jumeirah, Al Habtoor Tower, and Lime Garden by EMAAR, with detailed modeling and coordination.
- Park Field UAE, supporting shop drawings and system modeling.
Across all of these, Faisal has shown the ability to take models from early design through LOD 500 while keeping coordination clean and practical.
“As one team member put it, Faisal doesn’t just model systems, he makes them buildable.”
Why This Matters
Faisal represents the kind of BIM professional we value deeply. Technical, reliable, detail-oriented, and fully aware of regional standards and site realities. He reduces friction, prevents rework, and helps our teams and clients move faster with confidence.
Congratulations, Faisal. This recognition is well earned, and we’re excited to see where you take your craft next.
