The Janadriyah Cultural Quarter is a heritage and cultural hub in Saudi Arabia, built around traditional Najdi architecture across a 48,484 m² site. BIM Design LLC is delivering federated modeling from LOD 400 through LOD 500 as-built, so the intricate vernacular detailing is captured accurately and the development stays execution-ready.
The scope spans shop drawing and as-built extraction, asset information integration for downstream facility management, and 4D and 5D for sequencing and cost. The result is a coordinated, data-rich model that supports both construction and long-term operation of the quarter.
