PROJECT OVERVIEW
The circulation is designed to achieve a segregated and separated circulation as much as possible to minimize the conflict point between pedestrians and buses inside the station.
The Bus Station facility can accommodate:
- 28 bus bays which includes 19 bus bays (drive in drive out type)
- 6 bus bays (drive in reverse out) for boarding/ alighting the bus passengers
- 3 bus bays (layover bays) for parking emergency buses to meet the demand of 95 buses per hour (frequency) for 15 terminating routes.
PROJECT SCOPE 2026 UPDATE
LOD 500 AS BUILT DRAWINGS UPDATE
- Review & Auditing of exiting LOD 500 as built drawings as per project deliverables
- Identifying drawing discrepancies and addition of missing dimensions and tags
- Update floor plans reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), facades, and cross-sections
- Ensure proper layering, annotation, and dimensioning in compliance with project CAD/BIM standards
- Label all structural, architectural, and MEP components, including piping, and HVAC systems
- Apply appropriate line weights, symbols, and scale adjustments to enhance drawing readability.
- Conduct a drawing-to-model comparison to confirm that extracted drawings align with the verified BIM model
- Validate key dimensions, levels, and annotations against as-built laser scan data.
- Apply title blocks, revision history, and project metadata as per PWA standards.
- Ensure proper file formatting for AutoCAD (DWG), PDF, and BIM-compatible deliverables.
